Building permit violation settlements

Our office can assess and propose solutions for constructions without building permits or with violation of their existing permits, according to Law 4495/2017. After this assessment, our office can undertake the composition of the complete file with all the required certificates for each case and the completion of the whole process, using the electronic system for building permit violations of the Greek government.
